At PHATTZ, every order is prepared with care and shipped directly from our fulfillment center. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders
Processing Time
Orders are processed in the order they are received and typically ship within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during high‑volume periods.
Delivery Times
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
Transit times may vary based on carrier volume, weather, or holidays. Rates may vary depending on carrier, distance, and package weight.
Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Delivery & Carrier Responsibility
PHATTZ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Expedited orders follow the same processing cut‑off times unless otherwise stated.
International Shipping (if applicable)
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. PHATTZ is not responsible for customs delays or holds.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. PHATTZ is not liable for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked Delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. PHATTZ will assist with documentation if needed, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
